Monday, January 19, 2026 is a recognized holiday (MLK Day) by the City of Kansas City, Missouri. City offices will be closed.
Trash & Recycling collection will be delayed by one day this week.
Charleston Harbor residents will have trash & recycling collection on Saturday, January 24th. Residents should have carts at curbside by 7:00 a.m. on Saturday.

CHHA Open Board Meeting...Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2026
Location: Shoal Creek Patrol Station, 6801 NE Pleasant Valley Rd., KCMO 64119
Time: 7p.m.
All homeowners are encouraged to attend and learn about the Board's agenda for 2026.

We encourage you to review your account on the Brookwater Charleston Harbor community website:(https://brookwater.cincwebaxis.com/).
You can see your payment history on your website by clicking the "MY ACCOUNT" option on the top right-hand corner of your community website . When you click on the payment option, it allows you to see your payment history and balance owed.
