Trash & Recycling Delayed This Week. City offices are closed Monday, Jan. 20th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.

Charleston Harbor residents will have trash & recycling collection on SATURDAY, JAN. 25th.

Please place trash & recycling bins out by 7 a.m. on Saturday.

​2024 Annual HOA Dues Are Now Delinquent 
Annual HOA Dues become delinquent on April 1, 2024. a $40 Late Fee will be assessed to homeowners who have not made payment.

We encourage you to review your account on the Brookwater Charleston Harbor community website:(https://brookwater.cincwebaxis.com/).
You can see your payment history on your website by clicking the "MY ACCOUNT" option on the top right-hand corner of your community website . When you click on the payment option, it allows you to see your payment history and balance owed.
​Homeowners can arrange a payment plan  if that is more convenient. Just reach out to Brookwater.
