Charleston Harbor Residents, your 2025 Assessment Statements are currently processing for mailing.
Our goal is to ensure that homeowners receive statements early December. However, the due date is January 1, 2025, and at that time the charge is applied to the account. Residents are encouraged to utilize the online payment options for the most effective and efficient payment processing, as the holiday season is among us. Payments received prior will be applied to the account as a pre-paid payment until January 1, 2025, at which time the charge will be posted to the account, and the payment applied. Please see the accompanying Alliance Bank letter to assist you with the multiple payment options. Please note that all required payment account details can be found on your billing statement. Please feel free to email us at [email protected], for further assistance. Thank you and happy holidays! Brookwater Management |
